Josephine Traina is a self-made real estate entrepreneur, author, and philanthropist with over 30 years of experience in luxury, investment, and commercial real estate.

A licensed broker in Georgia and South Carolina, Josephine has earned over 15 designations from the National Association of REALTORS® and has held leadership roles, including Director for the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® and President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She has also spearheaded philanthropic initiatives, including a Habitat for Humanity project, and actively supports Ronald McDonald House Charities, Charleston Animal Society, Doctors Without Borders, and more.
Beyond real estate, Josephine is a published author, having written Mama Nonne: A Sicilian Immigrant Tale of Sacrifice, Lack, and Control, inspired by her family’s rich history. She is a world traveler and has studied business and spirituality with leading figures like Tony Robbins and Mas Sajady, engaging in transformative experiences such as firewalking and Namale Jumping in Fiji.
